Thriday (AU20690) is ceasing CDR Support

Incident Report for Basiq

Identified

Thriday (AU20690) is being retired as a Consumer Data Right (CDR) Data Holder brand and no new open-banking connections can be established through Thriday.

Former Thriday customers who have migrated to Tyro can establish new connections through the appropriate Tyro Data Holder brand, such as Tyro Banking (AU21040) or Tyro Payments (AU20610), depending on their account configuration.

Thriday has advised that the brand is currently being wound down and that remaining active Thriday open-banking connections are being revoked as part of this process. A formal retirement date for the Thriday Data Holder brand has not been provided.

We recommend reviewing any customer communications, workflows, or integrations that rely on Thriday CDR connectivity.

Thank you for your understanding.
