Banking institutions regularly conduct maintenance and updates to their platforms to improve performance and add new features and enhancements. Unfortunately these updates can temporarily impact the performance of Basiq’s Web and CDR connectors.
Regular performance to Basiq’s connectors will automatically be restored once the banking institutions have completed their updates.
