Identified - We are currently experiencing issues connecting to National Australia Bank (NAB) internet banking (Web Scraping).

Recent changes by NAB, including the introduction of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), are causing authentication failures.

As a result:
New connections may fail
Existing connections may not refresh

Our team is investigating this as a top priority.

NAB previously advised that web scraping would be blocked from 10 April 2026 in favour of Consumer Data Right (CDR). As of our last update, this had not yet been enforced. However, the recent MFA changes are now impacting connectivity.

We recommend partners begin or prioritise migration to CDR where available to ensure ongoing reliability.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates as more information becomes available.
