We want to inform you that we have identified an issue affecting Open Banking connection refreshes and new Open Banking connection creations for all Westpac brands. This issue appears to impact some users randomly and includes the following institutions:
- Westpac (AU14201) - RAMS (AU11301) - BankSA (AU03201) - Bank of Melbourne (AU03001) - St. George Bank (AU12301)
We raised this issue with Westpac last night, and their team is investigating it. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as we receive further information from Westpac.
