Identified - We are currently observing significant degradation in the performance of our CBA web (scraping) connector. This issue stems from the recent introduction of mandatory Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) by CBA, which cannot be bypassed or automated within the scraping framework.
Please note that this issue is isolated to the scraper connector. CBA Open Banking connections remain fully operational and unaffected.
As a result, data retrieval via the scraper connector may be intermittent or unavailable. We are actively monitoring the situation and assessing potential alternatives, but at this time, access through this connector is impacted.
